Gabriel Currington is a man of exceptional talent and a true rising star, with almost ten years experience composing for Film and Television.
He has composed for a variety of TV projects including the Bafta-nominated Channel 4 series, Don’t Make Me Angry, and, The Brits Who Fought For Hitler, as well as the Extraordinary People series and RTS-nominated Evil Men in History series.
He has scored many short films, including the award-winning, Second, which won Best Film at the Manhattan Film Awards, and the Mexican film, Light Feet, A Raramuri Tale, which won a special Peace Prize award at the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival.
Gabriel’s film work also includes several feature length dramas such as, Splinter, with Paul Barber and Joe McGann, Rulers and Dealers, with Freema Agyeman, The Celestine Prophecy, and the Portuguese film, Julgamento.
Recent work includes the Scottish drama, Running In Traffic, starring Bryan Larkin, Kenneth Cranham and Atta Yaqub and the BBC docu-drama, First Light, a fascinating tale of the youngest Spitfire pilot in WW2 commemorating the anniversary of The Battle of Britain, starring Sam Heughan and Gary Lewis.
Upcoming features include Oskar Laffont’s feature debut, Heaven Come Dawn, starring Brendan Gleeson.
